HBA Members must meet the following requirements to become a member:
Additional Builder Requirements
• Workers Compensation, if required by Missouri State Law
In order for HBA Builder Members to stay a step above the rest, they must meet additional requirements to stay in good standing:
• General Liability Certificate of Insurance
• Attend 1 Builder Roundtable Forum per year
• Better Business Bureau Rating of ”B” or Higher
• Attend 1 HBA Building Education Event per year

After 19 years of building and developing, Jason Stewart still enjoys the challenges and thrill of working in this industry. Experience is the best teacher and being a 3rd generation home builder, Jason is well-schooled in construction and ready to take on your next project. Jason’s willingness to accommodate the customer’s individual needs and wants, while also completing the project in a timely manner, are two attributes in which he takes great pride. He personally supervises each and every phase of construction and pays attention to the details as if it were his own home.
