Open Sunday-Friday, 9-430pm
Drop-in day center to women experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of becoming homeless. This includes showers with hygiene supplies, laundry, mail, two hot meals (breakfast & lunch), food to go, computers, telephone access, a sleeping room, emergency clothing, and a quiet space to relax.
Clothing giveaway on Thursdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm beginning
NEIGHBORCARE HEALTH - 45TH STREET YOUTH CLINIC Hours: Wednesdays & Thurdays, 6-9pm
Clinical health care (sexual health, gender affirming care, wound care, infections, and other common health concerns), therapy, & insurance assistance
UW & WSU ONE HEALTH CLINIC
1-4pm Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at New Horizons (2709 3rd Ave) Clinical Veterinary and Human Health Care (through Neighborcare Health) providing car for pets (check ups, preventative care, vaccinations, support with spay/neuters, food and supplies) and their owners (sexual health, gender affirming care, wound care, infections, and other common health concerns).
ROOTS YOUNG ADULT SHELTER - 4541 19TH AVE NE
Folks should arrive between 8 pm - 8:30 pm to sign up for beds. The door opens at 9pm. 45 guest limit: (18-25 years of age) In addition to the overnight shelter, they provide a spectrum of services, including: meals, case management, hygiene facilities, laundry services, and more.

SEATTLE PUBLIC LIBRARY - UNIVERSITY BRANCH
Library is open on Mondays and Tuesdays from 1pm to 8pm. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are open from 11am to 6pm. Sundays are from noon to 5pm. Digital service plus new virtual programs; free printing at curbside locations up to 10 pages (20 for tax forms)

Help can be accesssed via a call to the Helpline (206-767-6449) M-F 8am-3pm or through an online form: https://svdpseattle.org/get-help/. In person help is also available each Sunday from 11am to 1pm, at 5050 8th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98105 Help with rent, utilities, beds, clothing, bus tickets, overall case management and other basic needs is avaliable here. Dinner is from 11am to 1pm each Sunday. Food bank is open on Fridays from 10:30 am - 12 pm. Sunday dinners are open from 10 - 2pm.
STREET YOUTH MINISTRIES
Wednesday-Friday, 1030-230pm office open for checking mail or meeting with staff (can also schedule appointment) (13-26 years of age) Warm meals, showers, a place to hang out (watch TV, make art, play video games, use computer); laundry, bus tickets, clothing, hygiene, and basic needs supplies

Serving folks 13-25 years old; providing Dinner, Case Management, and Outreach. Open for Dinners Sunday to Friday 7-8 pm and Saturdays 6:30-7:30 pm at University Congregational Church 4515 16th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105.
