GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN WORLDWIDE GOLF pays tribute to Severiano Ballesteros Sota, universally known as just, ‘Seve,’ a true legend of the game, whose legacy to European and World Golf will live forever. As an Official Publisher to The European Tour, we worked in close contact with Seve’s company, Amen Corner, and his brothers, Baldomero and Ivan, in publishing the Official Tournament Programmes for the Seve Trophy from 2000 - 2005. It was a privilege to meet with Seve and a joy to watch him conjure up all his magical shots in beating his opposing Captain, Colin Montgomerie, in the final day singles at the inaugural event at Sunningdale Golf Club to earn the vital point that gave Seve’s Continental Europe Team a remarkable 13½-12½ victory.
