Participants appreciate SPJST Car Show at TABA Home & Garden Show

Dear Melanie,

Just want to thank you and your SPJST crew for the car show event at the Temple Area Builders Association (TABA) Home and Garden Show on Friday, February 24 through Sunday, February 26, 2023, at the Bell County Expo Center in Belton, Texas. Everyone seemed to enjoy the show with a large variety of vehicles. Jerry Haisler’s band was an enjoyable addition to the show. Also thank you for the goodie bags. Keep up the good work.

Westphalia KCs hosts drive-thru plates-to-go shrimp and fish fry

Westphalia Knights of Columbus Council 13902 will sponsor a drive-thru shrimp and fish fry every Friday evening through March 31. Plates will be “to go only” starting at 3:30 p.m. until 7:15 p.m. (or until sold out). Plates will consist of fried shrimp, fried fish, beans, slaw, and french fries. Cost will be $12 per plate. Plates can be picked up in a drive-thru lane behind Westphalia Parish Hall, 3000 State Highway 320, Westphalia. Proceeds support the KCs charity goals for the year.
