2020 State and District Youth Showcase
Thank you to the many youth who participated in the 2020 SPJST Youth Showcase. Congratulations to all the district winners who were listed in the August 10 Vestnik and the state winners who are listed in this August 24 Vestnik. District Youth Counselors will be working with the youth leaders and district directors to coordinate award presentations. So many wonderful projects! 2020-2021 State Royalty
Congratulations to our 2020-2021 SPJST State Royalty - King Koby Stone and Duke Everhett Bartek, both of Lodge 47, Seaton in District Two, and Queen Holly Jones and Duchess Mckenzie Burcie, both of Lodge 154, Fort Worth in District Three! I am so proud of you and all your accomplishments this year. This was certainly not how we thought the royalty competition would have been conducted in 2020. It was a learning experience for all of us. I hope our royalty families were surprised when Director of Communication Melanie Zavodny, Fraternal Services Specialist Tammy Martinez, and I showed up to surprise them and present them with their awards. I am hoping the State Royalty will have some events that they can attend at the end of 2020 and into 2021. To see the live, surprise presentations, visit the www.spjst.org website and go to the “2020 SPJST Youth Showcase.”
