TO GET STARTED, FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT AND START ACCESSING YOUR LIVING EXPERIENCE ONLINE:
When you move in, you will receive an email from “ActiveBuilding” with a direct link to set up your account, or you can visit www.TaylorLofts.com and click on the “Resident Access” tab. Then click on the resident portal button to log in and click on the “New user? Get started now” button. From there, the portal will walk you through the steps to set up your username and password.
Download the Active Building App Once you have registered and set up your login information, you can click the links below to download the app and access the Active Building portal from your smartphone!
You can also enable the “Biometric Login” toggle on the login screen to sign in with your smartphone’s Touch or Face ID the next time you open the app.
