She recently used the color in her display at the Southern Christmas Show. “Pink is my favorite color, and this is a rich and dark shade of pink, more like fuchsia,” she says. “I put the bold color behind the bed so that when I’m actually in the bed it’s not going to overwhelm me. It won’t be the focal point, but walking in it’s the focal point and adds a lot of drama.”
