Tell us more about yourself.
I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, working in city hotels, international resorts, serviced apartments and five-star hotels in different positions and departments. I joined PNB in 2007, when this hotel was still known as PNB Darby Park. It was rebranded to PNB Perdana On The Park in 2015. Currently, my role here as general manager involves overseeing all aspects of operations, from finance to human resources, sales and marketing, front office and housekeeping, to food and beverage, maintenance and security. What can you tell us about PNB Perdana Hotel and Suites On The Park?
We are essentially a four-star hotel with a serviced apartment concept. This is well suited

for business clients as well as families. Fifty-six percent of our clients are corporate guests, while the rest are leisure travellers, guests from the government sector as well as from the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions industry. We have a healthy balance of nationalities, with the majority being Malaysians and 40 percent made up of international guests. What can guests expect when they stay at the hotel?
All they need to bring is their luggage, and we’ll take care of the rest! There are 338 suites in total, featuring one, two, three and four-bedroom configurations. For convenience, all suites come with fully equipped kitchenettes, a spacious living and dining area, a workstation and free Wi-fi. There
is also an in-house self-service launderette and convenience store. In terms of facilities, we have a gymnasium, tennis courts and squash courts, a saltwater-based swimming pool on level nine, and a games room on level eight. For meetings, there are eight function rooms, some of which come complete with audio visual equipment. We have two dining outlets to cater to different preferences. 39 Restaurant on the rooftop serves Malay fusion cuisine and offers beautiful views of
