Do you have Teddy Bears?

Are they bursting from your cupboards or taking up much needed space in your bedroom? Maybe your children were given them as gifts and have grown out of them, so they’ve been relegated to the darker recesses of their rooms or even under their beds?

Well fear not, Adur East Lions is here to help you! We need Teddy’s (or soft toys), of all shapes and sizes that are in good condition for our Teddy Tombola at our annual Family Fun Day in Buckingham Park, which this year is on July 3rd. Help us raise money by giving your Teddy’s to us and we will ensure another child (or grown-up) gives them the love and care they deserve. If you can help us with our Teddy drive, please bring them along to our stall at the monthly Artisan Market in Shoreham High Street. Alternatively, we’d be happy to collect them. WIf you don’t have any Teddy’s but still want to help at the Family Fun Day - maybe making cakes for our tea and cake tent, helping serve tea & cake, putting up gazebo’s, directing traffic, herding donkeys, manning stalls or simply being on litter picking duty, we’re always looking for extra helpers to make this Fun Day the great event we want it to be.
