Can you help? The Dance Class Book

I go to Dancercise. A dance class at the Shoreham Community Centre. One day I decided to collect dancers stories. I envisaged a booklet, but it has evolved into a 230 page book about women and their struggles through the decades, and for some a feeling of invisibility. I have almost completed the book, but I have no idea how to get it published, Self-Publication has been suggested, but I am not very good at the Internet.
