Circle Residential is looking for a highly organised Lettings Administrator to join our successful Lettings and management agency branch. The role will best suit a strong personality who works well under pressure and can manage the expectations of the lettings & management team accordingly!
Lettings Administrator Duties: • Creating property adverts and uploading to relevant sites • Creating and maintaining brochures/Portfolios • Being a point of contact for negotiators and clients • Confidently answering telephone calls, taking details and transferring between departments

Property Check Ins & Outs Updating window cards Dealing with Tenants on a day to day basis Keeping files up to date Keeping property files compliant Other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate must have strong organisational skills and have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. They must also be articulate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, the Property Administrator will have at least 6 months' estate agency lettings administration experience! In the case of the publisher awarding the advertiser a series discount, the equivalent percentage of the discount must be repaid to the publisher. The placing of an advertisement by the advisor indicates that the advertiser accepts these terms and conditions and agrees to abide by them & that there can be no deviation from the terms and conditions unless formally agreed by both parties in writing prior to publication.
