ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE AT SRC

1. Trailer parking is on a first come first serve basis and trailers must park in designated locations only. 2. Horse Trailers can be parked in the street parking area along 53rd (on the south side of the street), or in the gravel area immediately east of the show stabling (limited space available, angle parking only). If you require staff assistance or directions, please contact the SRC office upon arrival (604-263-4817). Once unloaded, please park all vehicles outside of the show grounds. Parking for vehicles is available to the east of the Covered

Arena (semi-circular drive), along 53rd Avenue (south side of street) and Macdonald

Street (east side; north of 53rd). 3. Free tent camping and limited RV electric hook-ups available ($63/show). Please inquire with SRC office.

1. Vehicles are to enter and exit the property using the gates located along 53rd Avenue, or the gate located just north of the Indoor arena on Macdonald Street (see map). 2. Clubhouse parking lot is for show staff and volunteers only.

FOR SAFETY REASON AND CONSIDERATION OF YOUR FELLOWS EXHIBITORS Trailer access to stabling area will be restricted to the following times: • Warm up day: all day access. • Competition days: prior to 7:30 am, during lunch break and after completion of show. • We also ask that spectators stay clear of in-gates, and well back from arena fencing. OFFICE HOURS

Regular hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Saturday: 9:00 to 4:00. Show hours: the office is opened one hour before first scheduled ride time, and closed one hour after the last class of the day.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

The Clubhouse has sandwiches, salads, hot and cold beverages, snacks (protein bars, fruit, candy, chips, etc.) available for purchase during Show Office hours. McCleery Golf Course has a licensed restaurant and is open most day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kerrisdale community has a large variety of restaurants, cafes and stores and is located just minutes from the Club (41st Avenue).
