Tyronica S. Carter, a native Mississippian, is a published author, trainer, and award-winning entrepreneur. A prior educator of 15 years at the elementary school level. Tyronica taught elementary school, until in 2015 she entered the world of network marketing to supplement her income. In only 2 years she replaced her educator’s salary, reaching the 9th rank of the company, and was able to leave education to pursue entrepreneurship full time.

Tyronica went from being an introvert to a powerhouse in her company in less than 5 years. In 2020, becoming a 7 Figure Earner with the company. Her passion, drive, and inspiration come from her team “Team Radiant Styles” of over 122,000 consultants, whom she wants to ensure their rise to the top. Tyronica is at the top 1% of her company, holding the rank of the 12th of 13 ranks in the company, the Impressionista Level with Paparazzi Accessories. She ensures her team’s success where her slogan is “Outdream Yourself” by tirelessly encouraging, training, and providing the necessary tools to help them reach their full potential.

Tyronica was awarded the 2020 Southern Crescent Women In Business Sales Award. She has been awarded Paparazzi’s 6 Figure Earner Award for four years in a row. She is also a recipient of the 2016 Zi Collection Necklace “The Tyronica” . Tyronica has served as a panelist on the 2019 One Life Leadership Panel. She is a Crown Club 50 Member, and a Life of the Party recipient with Diamond Access.

She is a graduate of Jackson State University in Jackson, MS. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and member of Southern Crescent Women In Business Inc.
