Are you an active older adult, newcomer to exercise, or pregnant? Or do you simply prefer a no-impact, joint friendly class. If so, this is a perfect exercise program for you. Still lots of energy but easy on the hips, knees & back and has all the same music with modified choreography of the routines in a Jazzercise class. Use of a chair is great during the strength training section, helping you to isolate those muscles you want to tone. (No descending to floor.) Certified Jazzercise Instructor: Kit Sayers.
