The Functions The weekend festivities started with a Mehndi night—a small event with close family and friends. Stuti’s mendhi was customized and designed by Bindu Malabri. It was an evening filled with family, music, dance, laughter and endless food! The following morning, the bride rose early to begin her religious Hindu ceremonies including her Grah Shanti, Pithi & Mandap Murat all of which took place in an intimate setting with the brides’ closest family and friends. Stuti and Vinay’s garba décor had a traditional flavor with vibrant colors of pink, orange, aqua and green. Ornate stage decor with custom embroidered backdrops and large Radha Krishna rangoli to set the centerpiece for the evening. The bride and her husband-to-be led the party hand in hand and danced the night away! Their breathtaking ceremony was an all draped contemporary mandap adorned with hundreds exotic botanicals specially flown in from various parts of the world.
