Watermark at Bearspaw gains national recognition

Watermark at Bearspaw is setting the standard for luxury estate communities in Calgary and they’re getting national recognition for it, as this premier park-like community in the northwest was chosen as a finalist in the Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s 2012 National SAM Awards. Watermark at Bearspaw is competing with four other developments (including two others from Calgary) for the CHBA’s prestigious Community Development Award. The award recognizes a single community in Canada that has best achieved the creation of an attractive, exciting, innovative and environmentally responsible community. “With so many fantastic communities being built across this great country, having Watermark recognized as one of the best is truly a remarkable achievement,” says Matthew Jones, associate vice president of sales and marketing for Macdonald Development Corporation, Watermark’s developer.
