BLAST: COSI’S SNEAKER BALL
COSI celebrated its signature annual fundraiser BLAST with a whole new style on Saturday, September 30. For the first time, COSI hosted a Sneaker Ball –– over 700 guests wore fancy evening apparel with their best sneakers to stroll through COSI after dark. Attendees enjoyed delicious bites and creative cocktails from culinary partners like Due Amici, Barley’s Brewing Company, Crazy Monkey Baking, and Nazareth Restaurant while watching captivating entertainment like dance performances and a live painter. Guests got to participate, too –– COSI provided plenty of interactive science fun and animal encounters. Erica & Aaron Conroy and Michelle & Pete Scantland graciously chaired the event and raised record dollars to benefit the day-to-day interactive science education and community programs that COSI is known for including, The Color of Science, The PLATFORM, Learning Lunchbox science kits and so much more.
