My experience assured me that mentorship can help women overcome the personal, social, and career barriers they face.
Spark Lab is a youth leadership program for Grade Twelve students from at-risk Toronto communities. It takes 30 students and provides them 15 bi-weekly sessions throughout the academic school year to teach them about social enterprise and entrepreneurship, while giving them a chance to build a small social venture themselves.
