The Eta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is reaching a historic mark of 110 years in existence. Eta Chapter is the 7th chapter to ever be established in the fraternity's history and is affectionately referred to as "The Jewel" Chapter in honor of the seven fraternity founders - the Jewels.
For 110 years, the Eta Chapter has cultivated hundreds of scholars, doctors, lawyers, engineers, businessmen, politicians, diplomats, artists, activists, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and more who have quite literally shaped the very culture of New York City and society at large.
Brothers from Eta Chapter and Alpha Phi Alpha at large are commemorating this history with a weekend celebration May 3 - 5 at Columbia University.
This presentation serves a sponsorship packet for organizations seeking to stand on the right side of history. It provides a glimpse into Alpha Phi Alpha's impact on Columbia University's campus and New York City at large.
