Welcome to Santa Rosa and The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG).
We invite you to take a moment to explore what it is that makes TPMG distinctive as a medical group. And more importantly, what makes Sonoma County and TPMG Santa Rosa so special.
Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa is the 3rd largest employer in Sonoma County with over 2,600 employees. Currently we have over 182,000 members and serve over 60% of our county.
The heart of Permanente Medicine is prevention and public health. We help our communities and patients thrive. We believe in food as medicine, exercise, finding joy and meaning in life, and helping people stay healthy.
We are a leader in disease prevention, early intervention, and world-class specialty treatment including cardiovascular care, perinatal care, surgical care, sepsis survival and more.
Our collaborative and coordinated approach to medical care enables physicians to work together and apply sophisticated technology and high levels of medical expertise to benefit the lives of our patients.
Our physicians innovate every day for better outcomes for patients, supported by an integrated health care model.

Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa was established as a clinic in 1980, and today continues to provide both primary and specialty care services. With a hospital and 6 medical offices buildings located throughout Sonoma County, our medical center has access to big city resources while maintaining a small-town feel.
We are fortunate that our model of healthcare allows us to serve our community in impactful ways, using prevention, populationbased medicine, technology, and innovation. Practicing evidencebased preventative medicine is at the very core of what we do.
Our member population is very much a reflection of our community – and our physicians both live and work in Sonoma County.
Santa Rosa has approximately 400 physicians and is the largest healthcare provider in Sonoma County, providing care to over 182,000 members. Approximately one quarter of physicians hold a leadership role at the Medical Center.
