Serving Sonoma County

Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa was established as a clinic in 1980, and today continues to provide both primary and specialty care services. With a hospital and 6 medical offices buildings located throughout Sonoma County, our medical center has access to big city resources while maintaining a small-town feel.

We are fortunate that our model of healthcare allows us to serve our community in impactful ways, using prevention, populationbased medicine, technology, and innovation. Practicing evidencebased preventative medicine is at the very core of what we do.

Our member population is very much a reflection of our community – and our physicians both live and work in Sonoma County.

Where do our Physicians live? Kaiser Permanente Sonoma County affords our physicians the opportunity to live and work in the same community: • 92% Live in Sonoma County • 67% Live in Santa Rosa This is a fantastic place to live and work as a physician – here you would be known as a doctor in the community, with ample opportunities to pursue your own health and wellness while working hard to encourage your patients to do the same.
