Healthy grocer’s fifth Tampa-area store set to open Wednesday, January 16th. Sprouts Farmers Market, one of the fastest-growing retailers in the country, announced it will soon finish construction on a new location on its fifth Tampa-area store in Clearwater, Fla. to help meet the growing local demand for fresh, natural and organic foods. The nearly 32,000-square-foot store will be located at 23656 US Highway 19 North and will open on Wednesday, January 16 at 7 a.m. Details about the grand opening celebration will be announced at a later date. The new Clearwater Sprouts is bringing approximately 140 full- and part-time career opportunities to the area. Potential team members should share a passion for healthy eating and the fresh, natural and organic products offered throughout the store.

FDA wants to ban menthol cigarettes.

Why not all cigarettes?

Commissioner Scott Gottlieb announced his intention to begin the process for banning the sale of menthol cigarettes. Menthol was left out of a cigarette flavoring ban in 2009, and the result is that African Americans smoke menthol cigarettes at a much higher rate – and suffer the consequences – than the general population. But it’s long past time to think about doing away with cigarettes altogether. As Stanford University’s Robert Proctor put it in his book, the cigarette is the deadliest artifact in the history of human civilization.” The addition of menthol makes that first cigarette easier on the throat, making inhaling easier, and increasing nicotine addiction. Menthol brands have been heavily marketed to African Americans, resulting in nearly 9 out of 10 African American smokers using menthol cigarettes. “The African American community has been perniciously targeted by the tobacco industry for decades,” said Carol McGruder, cochair of the African American Tobacco Control Leadership Council. “It’s an outrage.” Cigarettes still cause nearly 500,000 deaths in the U.S. annually, over 1/5th of all deaths. More than half of all

long-term smokers die much younger because of it. And it’s not just smokers that become victims. Tens of thousands of people die from exposure to secondhand smoke, read one of many stories here. And the cost to the economy – mostly born by taxpayers – is around $300 billion a year. The cigarette is unreasonably dangerous. Ask yourself a question: at what age do I want my kids to start smoking? The answer for nearly everyone is obviously “never.” Most smokers want to quit and wish they had never started. Nearly all made the “choice” to smoke that first cigarette as children; by adulthood, they were already addicted. “The mass marketing of cigarettes, a highly sophisticated, addictive and defective nicotine delivery device that kills over 7 million people globally every year, is an abuse of corporate power and a human rights violation,” said Laurent Huber, Executive Director of ASH. “Banning menthol is a step in the right direction, but it is time to go one step further and phase cigarettes out of the market to prevent millions of unnecessary deaths.”

Energy provides the strength and vitality required for sustained physical and mental activity.

(and our fur kids) are made of trillions of cells (matter). The cells have an energy generator inside them called the mitochondria. Vitamins and hormones found in natural foods bind to the receptor sites on the cell membrane, allowing the cell to function properly. Toxins (found in food, water, products that touch our skin and the air we breath) bind to the cells receptor sites, interfering with normal cell function and energy production. The result of this toxin interference is inflammation, which is the root cause of virtually all dis-eases. In 1974, the World Health Organization stated that environmental toxins create approximately 84% of all chronic diseases. Over the past 40+ years this number has dramatically increased. Cellular toxicity is epidemic and is a major contributor to numerous health issues. Conventional medicines’ approach to dis-ease is “take-a-shot-and-run”,

aiming treatment at the symptoms and doing little for the long-term health of the patient.

FIX THE CELL TO GET WELL

To optimize the bodies ability to produce energy and function with vibrance and attain longevity, the inflammation must be removed, or at least reduced at the cellular level. Not only does the 5 organs of elimination need to be cleaned, but the cell needs to be detoxed as well. The first step in reducing inflammation is to identify the sources where toxins come in.

STOP POLLUTING THE BODY

1. Evaluate what you are feeding your pets. ALL processed foods (dry kibble or can foods) are exceedingly high in carbohydrates, which for a obligate carnivore (like your cat) leads to inflammation. Processed foods lack digestive enzymes (that aid in the

breakdown of the food) and healthy bacteria (probiotics and prebiotics) that are critical for proper digestion and assimilation of nutrients. In addition, the fats used in pet foods are the bad fats and often they are rancid. 2. What is the quality of the drinking water? Glyphosate (Round Up) has been identified in our tap water along with chorine, fluoride and many other toxins. 3. What is the air quality that your pet is breathing? Many candles and “plug in” air fresheners are petroleum based and filled with toxins that are detrimental. 4. What is coming in contact with your pets skin? The skin is the largest organ of excretion and absorption. Hormone disrupters (preservatives like Xenoestrogens found in soaps, chemicals, plastics, pesticides on the lawn and other toxins) bind to the cells receptor sites and create tremendous inflammation. 5. What toxins have been introduced into the body through vaccination? Rabies is the only vaccine required by law. Many counties now recognize a 3 year rabies vaccine (which reduces over vaccination). Speak with your veterinarian regarding the risk factors for the various diseases that have associated vaccines. Base the choice to vaccinate on the risk/benefit for your pet. I recommend doing titers to confirm the pet has protective immunity instead of routinely vaccinating. 6. What parasite products have you used? Living in Florida, the bug capital of the world, it is important to control parasites as they contribute significantly to disease. We can however detox the body and minimize the deleterious effects of these chemicals. 7. Is there a source of infection in Tampa Bay Wellness


What Is It and Why Does It “Matter” your pets body? Periodontal disease (teeth and gum problems) is a huge contributor to chronic inflammation. 8. How much exercise is your pet getting? Most people don’t exercise themselves enough let alone exercise their pets! Walking to and fro to the food bowl does NOT qualify as exercise! Many animals spend their day indoors with little to no activity or mental stimulation. 9. Is your pet overweight? If the answer is yes, they are insulin resistant, the precursor condition to diabetes. The sugar (which is the body’s natural fuel) isn’t able to get into the cell to fuel energy production. Obese pets have a greater toxin load because toxins are stored in the fat! Obesity is in the top 3 prevalent diseases in this country. The excessive sugar contributes to dementia, also known as cognitive dysfunction syndrome in pets, and Alzheimers in people. 10. Has your pet received steroids (anti itch medicine)? Excessive steroid usage can lead to Cushing’s syndrome (a disease of the adrenal gland also called hyperadrenocorticism). The adrenal glands interact with the hypothalamus and pituitary gland; the collaboration of the three glands is known as the hypothalamicpituitary-adrenal axis (HPA axis). I have had type 2 diabetic animals become insulin independent (no longer need insulin injections) when fed a balanced raw diet. 10. There are many herbs that nourish and support the adrenals. Ayurveda for you

yurveda is the world’s most ancient system of medicine, developed in India over five thousand years ago. Ayurveda, which translates as “knowledge of life” is a natural approach for creating balance and strengthening the body’s healing abilities. Ayurveda believes that health is a balanced and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind and soul. It starts with understanding and aligning with the rhythms of nature. In Ayurveda, it is said that components & functioning of the nature is similar to our body components and its functions. Pancha Mahabhuta(Five great elements) theory states that everything in the physical creation, including human body is composed of these 5 elements - Aakash(ether), Vayu(air), Agni(fire), Jala(water) and Prithvi (earth). There are three Doshas or bio energies (vata, pitha and kapha) that govern our physiology and they have the qualities of great elements.

Doshas and Elements

Vata is a combination of elements Ether and Air. It is characterized by light, cold, dry, mobile, rough, subtle, and clear. It governs movement and communication. Pitta is combination of elements Fire and Water. It is characterized by hot, sharp, light, liquid, spreading and oily. It governs digestion and transformation. Kapha is combination of elements Water and Earth. It is characterized by heavy, slow, cool, oily, smooth, dense, soft, stable, gross and sticky. It provides cohesiveness, structure and lubrication. These qualities make balancing the doshas easy because according to Ayurveda “like increases like and opposite qualities balance”. When any one of the doshas is aggravated, we can generally promote a return to balance by reducing the influence of that dosha’s qualities, while favoring foods, herbs and activities which have opposing qualities. 14

How Doshas are associated to different times of the day/season

Different times of the day, different seasons of the year have an energy about it. In Western science we call this the Circadian Rhythm. In Ayurveda, we use the qualities of the doshas to describe different times of the day and the seasons. Dosha predominance at different times of the day • 10pm-2am and 10am-2pm are considered Pitta times of the day • 2am-6am and 2pm-6pm are considered Vata times of the day • 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm are considered Kapha times of the day Dosha predominance in different Seasons of the year • Fall thru mid-winter ( cold and dry) - Vata season • Summer ( hot and humid) - Pitta season • Late winter thru spring ( cold and humid) - Kapha season

Balancing internal environment

Since external environment has direct effect on our internal environment, choosing foods and activities according to the times of the day and seasons of year helps us keep our body in rhythm with the nature. Ayurveda emphasizes on daily routine to create an internal balance to prevent illness and promote health. Starting the day According to Ayurveda, the predawn hours are dominated by vata dosha, a subtle energy that actually makes it easier to get out of bed. Waking up before sunrise and starting your day with deep breathing, meditation and stretching fills you with vibrant energy for the rest of the day. On the other hand, if you wake up after sunrise, a time dominated by kapha’s heavy, earthy energy, you’re likely to feel sluggish. Eating right Following fixed meal times helps for better digestion, absorption and assimilation of food. Digestive strength is compared to sunlight. It is stronger in the afternoon (Pitha time) and weaker in the morning and in the evening (Kapha time). Therefore lunch should be the largest meal of the day. Eat lighter for breakfast and dinner. Eating locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, whole foods and freshly cooked foods help body process them better. Processed foods which are loaded with chemicals cause accumulation of toxins in the body hindering its ability to repair and cause various physical and emotional illnesses. Sleep well Sleep promotes detoxification and rejuvenation of body and mind. When you rest, your body and mind process the accumulated toxins in body and mind and eliminate them. Sleeping during Kapha time, that is before 10pm, promotes better sleep. Turn off your phone and computer at least an hour before bedtime, and avoid vigorous exercise in the late evening. Practicing deep breathing and meditation for few minutes before bedtime helps destress your body and mind. These measures will help you wind down when it’s time for sleep. Following a daily routine is a way to bring more awareness to all of the habits and choices we make throughout the day. Conscious awareness in our daily lives enables us to be whole and healthy beings, bringing us closer to our true selves. Reed ‘Naham’ Myles

Certified Reflexologist and LMT

W

hen you look back, it’s amazing how early your professional path started. In my case, it began with my aunts when I was a child in Chicago. They introduced me to reflexology, and Mrs. James, a neighbor and surrogate aunt, gave me my first books on it. During that time I watched my uncle lose his toes from diabetes and poor circulation before he died. My first formal experience with health care was right out of high school, on the kidney ward at Chicago’s VA hospital. But before I could get advanced training, I was drafted and eventually sent to Vietnam. There, I experienced different styles of reflexology; some of the techniques are still part of my practice. Like many young adults, I was very interested in metaphysics. Chicago attracted a lot of the best teachers, and I was lucky enough to study with them after Vietnam. That’s when I was given the name Naham, which means ‘one who is comforting’. My next stop was New Orleans, where I met a groundbreaking chiropractor who taught me valuable information about the body and its relationship with the spine. From there, I traveled extensively through Central and South America for the next eight years. Along the way, I learned many different perspectives and facts about health and culture, all of which

became part of who I am today. After I returned to Chicago, I finally decided to formalize my training. I studied for 250 hours with the International Institute of Reflexology, becoming certified in 1996. Then my wife and I moved to Florida in 1997 to take care of her father, and I earned my LMT from Bhakti Academe in 1998. Since then I’ve studied several neuromuscular and medical reflex massage techniques and have focused on energy work. Although I worked at the Wellness Center and Cypress Palms at Palms of Largo, as well as with an orthopedic surgeon, most of my professional time has been as a sole proprietor. I have worked with private clients in nursing homes and hospitals, with corporate clients for staff health days and events and, of course, with many clients in my Clearwater office. I treat all ages and nearly all body types, including pregnant women. From 2004 to 2016 I was also a vendor on the international ballroom dance competition circuit, providing reflexology and massage to the dancers, teachers, officials and public. My wife and I traveled to events throughout Florida and the South, as far up the East Coast as Washington, D.C., out to New Orleans, and up to the Ohio Star Ball in Columbus. I learned a great deal about the special needs a dancer has when it comes to wear and tear. I enjoy helping people overcome health obstacles, especially by using my unique set of reflexology and massage skills. With the present state of our country and the world, I find more people are in need of stress relief. My challenge, both personally and as a therapist, is to stay healthy and available to help as many people as possible. One of the ways I have learned to ‘listen’ to people’s bodies has been through my lifelong love of music – especially jazz. My favorite album is ‘Kind of Blue’ by Miles Davis, which solidified my commitment to that genre. Miles Davis and John Coltrane, both master innovators for their eras and well beyond, have been my inspiration in both my personal and professional lives. When we give meaning to a story, we give it energy and it becomes bigger. Each person adds personal meaning and believes their story. Giving a story meaning and believing it can impact us and our life. Beliefs are powerful and can shape our behavior, thoughts, feelings and who we become. Relating to a story makes it seem real even though the truth is we made it up. Integrating a story invites your life to become your story and your story to become your life! Identifying with a story makes it seem relative and real. The facts are real but an interpretation about the facts is subject to error and disbelief. Know Who You Are At this time, I ask the Cosmos to provide wisdom to the reader.

Your Agreement We were birthed into the sea of uncertainty, unpredictability and of potentialities. We knew we were heading straight into the contrast. The goal in this particular life span for All was not to conquer the contrast but to master the scale of emotionality, and to create. You cannot have self-alignment without submitting your emotionality instrument to your authority and that requires the contrast. You cannot have creation without contrast. The contrast is here to serve you. And contrast does not always mean conflict or a negative vantage point. But contrast is always showing you something you don’t have or would like to get you or us to. Before you entered in, you agreed to enter the state of the imperfect in your role as human. As you entered the contract of contrast, you knew you would be or have imperfect aspects of you. And you knew there would always be some process as there would always be some type of contrast you would face. The contrast is pushing creation and causing expansion of All That Is. In our job as human, we don’t eliminate that. It is the human experience. But we can mitigate it, manage it better by causing it to come in less often, stay for a shorter period of time, and offer less intensity to your overall experience. You can contribute less negative emotional veracity in response to it. Ultimately, you always get to own your own truth and choose how you feel because you get to choose your own thoughts. Accept yourself. Love yourself. Sometimes you are called to transform from the caterpillar form to the butterfly. And sometimes you are meant to master being a caterpillar before you can become the butterfly. You are not fixed. You are evolving. The future is not fixed. It is evolving. At all times, you can know who you are. Who you are, is who you are meant to be. Where you are, is always where you are meant to be. Your inner being will guide you as you are ready, when you are ready. It is when we struggle against ourselves that we cannot personally evolve out in the manner best, if at all. You don’t have to be like anybody else and you do not have to own the truth of another. Start debunking truths that were handed to you that are not serving you well. It is not necessary for everyone to understand. Make better room for those that do.

Are Eagles Better Than Ducks? We are all a part of a united Mind and Body, and each represents and is a tackling a different aspect of the Universal. Some are mastering ground, some water, some air and some fire. A duck does not understand the flight of an eagle because it doesn’t understand the air. It doesn’t understand the air because it cannot fly (not at much altitude anyway). Do we therefore cast judgment on the duck for being a duck, and does this therefore make the Eagle better? Of course not. The duck has understandings the Eagle never will have because the Eagle belongs in the air, and not on the ground and not in or on the water. The same with our fellow humans. You cannot make another human being take flight if they are not set up for that emotionally, mentally and spiritually. And this does not make where they are at wrong. It is right for them. They are developing what they are meant to be developing. Not everyone is meant to be in the air in this lifetime. And no one is meant to know it all. So let the duck be right on issues concerning the ground and of the water. But don’t let them hold you back from taking flight. Though it may be bittersweet, maybe it’s time to shed some ducks in your life. Or likewise, maybe it is time to let that Eagle take its flight without trying to hold it back or trying to change it. Be you. Do you. Define you. And allow others to be who they are meant to be. They define that. Not you. Beloved, let it be okay.

ngoing night calls, long work hours, grueling training, bureaucracy and an over-burdening of administrative work as a result of increased patient care demands – the physician community is struggling more than ever before. In fact, physician mental health is a growing concern in the healthcare industry. Last year alone, an estimated 50 percent of doctors reported feelings of fatigue, burnout and depression, according to a recent Medscape survey. Burnout is a condition of emotional exhaustion, and many doctors commonly develop burnout incrementally due to continuing escalations of stress, excessive workloads and inefficiencies. Symptoms often surface in the form of cynicism, chronic negative responses, feelings of inadequacy, incompetence or feeling unappreciated for work efforts. The effects of stress in the healthcare space are quite alarming. In addition to the frightening surge in medical errors and an elevated malpractice risk, medical burnout is also extraordinarily costly. JAMA estimates a hospital with 450 doctors loses approximately $5,625,000 each year due to burnout and physician turnover. This loss also can lead to increased healthcare costs, which can have devastating effects for patients and their families. Because it can be chronic in nature, impacting both the health and performance of staff members at all levels of medical organizations, I believe prevention strategies are the most effective approach for addressing physician burnout.

Last month, physicians from around the U.S. and Canada gathered in Tampa for a unique training event where we discussed a new approach to medicine that is revolutionizing healthcare nationwide. Now doctors can receive continuing medical education (CE/CME) hours on “Burnout Training” (CE/CME credit is required to maintain medical licensure). These programs seek to enhance patient care by improving communication and physician mental health. The Universal Depreciation of Time HOW DO YOU APPROACH IT? W

e don’t ever rigidly define our identity, it evolves according to circumstances and experiences, but most of us get to the point where our fundamental principles are pretty well established by the time we have ‘adulted’ for a few years. We know what we value, we know what we believe in and we know what our priorities are. While we may know all these things, it is easy to lose sight of them amidst the constant chaos of life. We can easily become wrapped up in things that don’t matter and become overwhelmed by events that haven’t even happened yet. It is in our nature to over-think and overanalyze about past and future, yet most of us seldom stop and practice these same thought patterns towards our present state and what is happening right now. Thanksgiving is a time when people do just that and it marks the start of the whole holiday season. Celebration of it is focused around both family and cherishing what you have. Gifts aren’t exchanged, it is simply a couple of days a year that everyone makes a huge effort to just enjoy each other’s company (and eat a lot of food!) It often lends itself to reflection and encourages everyone to pause, take a breath and realize what they have and what they value. My only ask is that I wish people did this more frequently. We all buy into time, we just can’t buy more of it. When we ‘pay’ attention

to something, we are investing our most valuable depreciating asset. As a population, we readily consider how we invest our finances and even consider how to ‘spend’ our physical time, but do we regularly evaluate how effectively we manage our thinking time? I would argue that this thought isn’t even considered by the vast majority of the population. Some people might turn their nose up at this concept of mapping out time spent on different thoughts, but, our thoughts dictate our actions. They also dictate our mood and play a huge role in determining our state of mental (and therefore physical) health. If we know what we value, and we know what matters to us, do we really need to devote so much precious time on sweating the small stuff? Do we even need to entertain thoughts about mundane daily activities that we could so easily just ‘do’? Do we need to spend so much of our time thinking about the past or future or could we become more aware of the here and now and what is happening at this exact moment? How empowering would it feel to be more deliberate and deliberate less? How much more productive would we be? And more importantly, how much happier would you be? Thanksgiving comes but once a year, but the reflective sentiment doesn’t need to be so fleeting.

Swipe Right, Swipe Left. So there I was, suddenly single after a 20 year marriage. I could go live in the hills in

a cabin like the Unabomber and never meet anyone, or I could start dating again. I had met my wife in 1995, and married her in 1997. Dating was very different back then, you actually met people… then called them on a LANDLINE and asked them out on a date. Imagine that kids! My work in the solar business is primarily with married people who own homes, and 99% of my coworkers are male, so I wasn’t going to meet anyone at work. How about church? I go to the traditional service at Harvester Methodist… the average age of our congregation goes down by a decade when I walk in the room. There are very nice single ladies in church, but they’re all 82 years old, and I’m only 44. My single friends told me to go online, that’s where all the single ladies are hiding, right? The first site I tried was E-Harmony. This site asks you 500 questions that delve into your inner psyche and match you to the perfect person. I figured I would find someone awesome in 20 seconds. E-Harmony started matching me to 3 or 4 people per day, and they were… not attractive. About a week in I was finally matched with a woman whom I found attractive so I sent her a text message through the site. No response. Let me say in my defense that I’m rather hideous myself, with a “Dad-body” and a very forgettable face. It was much easier to date when I was 21 and trim. What I did not know at the time is that women on dating apps only respond to about 2% of the texts messages they get, and pretty women are inundated with “shout outs” from men online. After talking to some single women I was shocked to learn that some pretty ladies get 200 to 300 messages per DAY from various online dating sites! So I cancelled E-Harmony, it was too slow. I needed to increase the number of single women that I could contact. Several friends recommended a hook-up app called Tinder. Tinder is an app on your phone that lets you swipe a picture to

the right if you like someone, swipe left if you don’t. One of the guys I work with told me “Just swipe right on everyone, see what you get”. That same day I got a text through the app that started with “hey Daddy” then went R rated soon after. Someone liked me… but she was only 24 years old… and very pretty. I began to get suspicious. After a few texts she offered to come see me at my home… “but what would I give her in return?” My response was “??” Her response was “U look nice but I need 3 bills to come see U”. I thought about this for a minute. Three duck bills? Three dry cleaning bills? Oh. This beautiful R rated woman wants $300 to come to my house. Got it. Delete, Delete, Delete. Maybe Tinder works for younger people, but I don’t want to have anything on my phone that leads to a sting operation with the Pasco police. Or worse, I had images of this young lady coming to my home and letting in her jealous “boyfriend” who would then beat me over the head and steal my flat screen TV. Not my style. Match.com seems to advertise all over the place, so I finally got on the site and had some luck. I could send a text to an unlimited number of ladies, then they could look at my profile and actually read it, something that no one on Tinder actually does. There aren’t many pictures of me that are less than “ugh”, but I found a few and put together a decent profile. I even showed my Match profile to some female friends and they approved. The advantage of Match is the sheer number of single people who are on the site, form 18 to 80 years old. You can reach out to anyone, and you can filter the search box for variables like distance and age range. The disadvantage is that Match will keep your profile up even years after you cancel the service, which means you might be reaching out to someone who is no longer on the site. But there is also a feature that shows you who has looked at YOUR profile. As you gain, see, feel and know that we are all connected to Source and to each other, we begin to participate in opportunities to manifest destiny and co-create with the Universal energies. You do not have to live the way you have been told and programmed to live. When we connect at the heart center, we can know higher truth and wisdom, thus we can begin to liberate and create anew. We can connect to our super consciousness of the Higher Self/Oversoul and Spirit/I AM and know clearly our destiny, one day at a time, and then can participate in creation with others in oneness. Through the acts of service and creation, we can bring forth into the living forms what is needed now.

Let’s breathe oneness with our unified conscious breath and synchronize our knowledge, hopes and desire to manifest a peaceful and prosperous world that is more connected. Let’s raise vibrations and awareness, which leads to expansion in consciousness. With that, we can perceive and know the best ways to create, plan and lead opportunities to manifest a higher vibrational co-existence and co-creation on Earth.

Are You Consciously Breathing, Aware and Connecting? BY CAROLYN PUCKETT

egin to connect at your breath—engage in conscious breathing throughout the day. Conscious breathing leads to greater clarity of mind, calmness, consciousness and intuition. Connecting your breath to your heart center leads to more awareness, perception, soul connection, love, compassion, humility, insight, intuition, higher perspective, discernment, non-separation, unity, oneness and universal consciousness. Your breath is a living energy and breath connects all aspects of you. Consciously breathe more often, throughout the day and every day. You may choose to learn and practice mantra, meditation and yoga, for these practices will assist in the expansion of energy and consciousness. As you gain and maintain more conscious breathing, insight and

The shift is available for humanity- to go from ego, separation, duality and limitation to wholeness, oneness, love, nonseparation from Source, universal consciousness and prosperity for all. You can begin and expand the process by tuning into your heart center, consciously breathing to connect to oneness. In order to have more non-separation from Source thus unity, let go of the ego mind (lower separate mind or split mind) as the master of your reality. To do this, surrender the ego mind, connect to your soul and let the soul be the master. Let the heart center be open and expand the heart field/ gateway to the higher self/oversoul and spirit/I AM. That is the design of creation. Through that gateway of the heart field, you can connect to become one with Source and universal consciousness. By connecting to your conscious breath and heart field, may we connect to unity consciousness on Earth to begin a new chapter in our lives this holiday season of love and light and expand it into the New Year.

Poinsettias: Enjoy one of the most popular indoor holiday plants. Protect it from cold until spring, and then plant it in the garden for next year.
