The St Asaph St hospitality cluster is expanding, with the team behind Baretta making two additions – bar/dining outfit The Cuban (at 236), opening July and focussing on Cuban street food and a Latin feel, and then in October Empire (at 172), a Japanese bar/grill whipping out yakitori, Japanese sake and whiskies.
