Welcome to the January 2018 Issue of SOL Illumination’s Newsletter Happy New Year and Blessings to everyone! 2018 is going to be a fantastic year, so start setting your goals and prepare yourself for a year of positive growth. I always feel the real New Year coincides with the Chinese New Year which falls this year on 16th February. We will be celebrating the Year of the Dog; the Year of the Earth Dog to be precise, which should give you an opportunity to consolidate your achievements and to renew your motivation. It is interesting that this year’s energies will be dominated by the Earth element in its Yang form, so a good year to connect to the earth through nature. The Year is also a good time for lifestyle changes, time to get healthy or start that new business venture. Get ready for a year of spiritual illumination as 2018 is also fuelled by the Master number 11. The Master numbers carry a higher frequency, vibration and spiritual purpose. Energetically speaking, the universe is pushing us deeper into selfrealization and self-actualization. A Master number demands that we expand and evolve. So I hope you are all brimming with new ideas and creativity as this year is going to be absolutely amazing! I will be organising a year jam packed with exciting classes and workshops to give you new insights on your life’s spiritual journey. A development circle is generally a small group of individuals who practice connecting with Spirit, developing their intuitive abilities and learning about psychic abilities and spiritual growth together on a weekly or fortnightly basis. A Development Circle can speed up your growth, assist you in making friendships with people who have similar interests and help strengthen and open your own unique channel. Did you know when more than one intuitive practices connecting with the Divine Universe together in one space, your spiritual energy joins with their spiritual energy to form a collective energy of the group? The channel to the Divine that you create becomes stronger, as it connects with the other channels of energy around you. Your channel joins to form a greater source connection with all those around you. By regularly practicing developing your intuitive abilities in a group you can significantly amplify your own channel to Spirit. Mediumship & Psychic Development Circle Everyone has innate psychic gifts, the Mediumship and Psychic Development Circle will help you develop those gifts and will support you in understanding how your intuition communicates with you. The Development Circle also gives you the opportunity to work with like minded individuals and also practice giving and receiving Spiritual Messages. Over the course of time you will experience a wide variety of techniques: Mediumship, psychometry, channelling, intuitive skill building, automatic writing, remote viewing, sensing murder and missing persons, healing methods, meditation, aura clearing and psychic protection techniques are just some of the many topics covered within this circle. Fortnightly Meditation Class at Loftus Girl Guides Hall A Meditation Class will be running on alternate Thursdays at Loftus Girls Guides Hall. Meditation is simply the process of stilling the mind so that all wants, needs, and desires disappear and then allow the Universe to enter and heal and to inspire. Each Meditation Class will also include a tarot/oracle reading. If you are also a member of the Mediumship & Psychic Development Circle you will be offered a special rate per meditation class. This class will be ideal for those that like continuity in classes with the added benefit of tuning into higher vibrations. Shamanism from a Local Perspective Spheres Of Light Full Moon Circles for 2018 Commencing Friday 2/02/18 at 8pm Come join us for a year of Shamanism, at each full moon circle we will be connecting energetically to our local environment. Working through the Medicine Wheel we will be linking with the seasons, the elements and our local flora and fauna. Our full moon circles will be Shamanic rituals that will guide us on a path of harmony and healing. Dragon Attunement Sunday 18/02/18 The Dragon is a celestial being that can take on a multitude of forms and energies and inhabits many dimensions throughout the cosmos. The Dragon represents the unknown and the hidden energy within nature. The wisdom of the dragon is symbolized by the treasure it guards. To find this wisdom and knowledge one must search his/her inner aspects and in the unknown. The dragon also represents the Kundalini, the force that is hidden inside us, which for the most part lies dormant waiting to be activated. The Dragon path strives to make this unconscious force and knowledge conscious. The symbol of the dragon and the myths about it carries information about how the unconscious can become conscious and how one can

evolve. You are now on the threshold of a great journey, let go of your restrictions and let the dragons guide the way. The Dragon Attunement is a process of attuning to a particular element of the dragon and can be compared to attuning yourself to a particular frequency like you would do if you were trying to find a particular channel on a radio station. In February 2018 we will be attuning to the Element of Earth.

Sunday Morning Meditations in Nature 2nd Sunday in the Month Commencing 11/02/18 Come on a Shamanic journey through meditation. Let nature speak to you and become part of your inner landscape in the same way that the ancient ones paid attention to the signs and symbols of the cosmos. The mystical path of direct knowing is the world’s oldest form of communion with the Source and is based on a deep, living relation to Nature. When you are in harmony with nature you can hear the voice of the wind, you can understand the language of the birds and the message they bring to you. Listen to the sound of the water as she sings her ancient songs and feel the air blowing against your face whispering its secrets to your inner soul. Talk to nature and listen to what it has to tell you. Connect with Mother Earth, become present to her innate call. The Art of Meditation With Lisa Winter The Art of Meditation is a monthly drawing and meditation class that is on the 1st Monday night of the month at Macarthur Holistic Healthcare in Campbelltown. Every class will have a different theme and focus such as Managing Emotions, Releasing Limiting Beliefs, Psychic Development, Healing Symbols, Loving your Whole Self, Exploring your Shadow, Conscious Dreaming and many more through out the year.

These monthly classes are designed to help people with self healing and inspire greater self awarenes. This is done by exploring the subconscious mind though guided meditation developing creative expression. This class is excellent for those looking to begin a meditation practice or for those who want to deepen their current practice in a safe and comfortable environment and you don’t have to be an artist to benefit from these classes as you will be guided through how to use various drawing mediums as well as art making techniques.
If you enjoy a practical approach to learning mindfullness then these classes are definitely for YOU!! Each one of these classes will have a different guided meditation and we will get to explore a wide variety different creative mediums such as, pastels, charcoal, graphite, colour pencil, ink, collage and metallics.
