Flea Market is a very old concept, in small towns where people used to visit the market for buying things in daily life such as Vegetables, Fruits, flowers, meat, fish, etc.
Here I have segregated Veg market and Non-veg market with the Cafeteria using 4m verandah to both sides of the cafe, as the site is in Valsad Gujarat, where most of the population is vegetarian and they prefer buying things only from the veg market.

Exhibition room is segregated from chaos of the markets.1 entry is provided for people and 1 is for service entry, exits are different. Surface parking has natural shading with evergreen local trees. Maximum ground is covered with green grass which prevent soil erosion.
