Elevator Pitch can benefit from being produced in a similar fashion as the vision activities, that is everyone builds their own draft version and the team collaborates on narrowing down the options and discuss their different interpretations and end up with one clear agreement on what the product effort will offer and for whom. A brief word of advice – if your product effort is an enhancement of an already existing product and you find it difficult to differentiate towards competitors, you can compare the benefits against the previous version of your product.
