INSTRUCTIONS: In order to avoid the loss of the essential vitamins, it is better to use a slightly non-traditional method. Grind the dried rosehip, pour over water and leave to soak for several hours. Heat up (ideally less than the boiling point) and sieve into cups. Try Stevia for sweetening. ■
