OUR ROADMAP TO THE ‘‘BETTER TOMORROW 2025

Better Tomorrow 2025 : 9 commitments for a better future

We are driven by our desire to improve the quality of life for everyone, and we strive to do so every single day. Better Tomorrow 2025 is made up of nine commitments designed to foster responsible behaviour in all aspects of Sodexo’s activities. As such, in our role as employer, service provider and corporate citizen, we have made a commitment to having a positive impact on people, communities and the environment. For each of the nine commitments, our aim is to set a measurable objective to monitor our progress until 2025.

From 2021, we will provide transparent communication on our quantifiable objectives for Sodexo Luxembourg. Subsequently, each year, we will take stock of our progress in our CSR report.

This annual review will enable us to establish a relationship of trust with our stakeholders by providing them with tangible proof of how we are improving quality of life in the communities in which we are present. Over the following pages, you can learn more about all the actions we have taken in 2020 and over previous years to meet our commitments.
