Since 2015, all our employees take part in Diversity Day, a national day launched by the IMS to celebrate diversity.
Introduced in 2016, the one-day job exchange programme “Vis ma Vie” (Live my Life) has been a huge success and we were proud to receive the Diversity Award in 2017.
100% of our employees are signed up for “Diversity” training when they arrive at Sodexo. This light-hearted training course aims to foster awareness.

Available in several languages, completely confidential and free of charge, it allows employees to seek advice on issues such as family, work, finances, health or accommodation. ‘‘ZERO ACCIDENT’’ TARGET The number of workplace accidents at Sodexo fell by
43% in 2020 compared to 2019, thanks to the implementation of:
• 81 Safety Walks carried out by the managers of the head office in the first half of the year • 10 Safety Toolboxes presented by managers on site • One minute safety checks carried out automatically at the start of each meeting
100% of our employees receive training on safety risks when they are hired, so they can provide assistance in an emergency.
