s we ease into the time of year when the Hamptons are the hottest — both literally and figuratively — we have been keeping close tabs on the happenings of two real estate standouts: Jane Babcook and Mark Baron. Riding the tailwinds of Brown Harris Stevens, the pair recently became invitation-only members of Luxury Portfolio International, the luxury face of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the largest global network of premier, locally-branded companies dominated by many of the world’s most powerful independent luxury brokerages (including Brown Harris Stevens). In a world where only those who are the most “connected” truly thrive, Baron and Babcook have taken teamwork to a whole new level with this new designation and have made some very important friends in the business.
