there’s not a peep from your neighbors as the suites are a fair distance apart. To make it easy to get around the resort, each suite comes with a golf cart that can be used on and off the property within the Cap Cana community. It’s quite a fun way to visit other beaches, the marina, and local shops. It’s a sanctuary not seen before among what’s known as the mass-market, hard partying hotels of the Dominican Republic. Eden Roc at Cap Cana is a sanctuary.

Eat & Drink with Elegance The resort offers five restaurants and bars offering casual and fine-dining culinary delights. The hotel’s signature restaurant, Mediterraneo, specializes in Mediterranean fare. Inspired by years of research, the menu presents a plethora of flavors and ingredients from Mediterranean cultures, blending local ingredients with specialties flown in from artisanal suppliers in Europe. Relais & Châteaux welcomed Eden Roc at Cap Cana in 2013 and is one of only seven restaurants in the Caribbean — and the only one in the Dominican Republic — to win this fine dining designation.

Lots to Do Wanting more than just time in the suite? Access to a variety of leisure activities is a breeze. The newly expanded Eden Roc Beach Club, a 4,090-square-foot infinity pool and private beach, Solaya Fitness & Wellness Spa; Koko Kid’s Club, and

a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course at Punta Espada, just some of the things to keep people of all ages and interests with smiles on their faces.

Getting to Paradise The resort is 20 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport, with airlines offering direct daily service from New York and other major cities in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America. For the high-flying traveler there is a separate terminal for private planes and jets. edenroccapcana.com
