LATINA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2024

The RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recently hosted its Latina Leadership Conference, bringing together over 550 professionals across the Rio Grande Valley. This year’s conference featured 11 breakout sessions, each focusing on leadership development, professional growth, and fostering collaboration within the community. Attendees had the opportunity to discuss navigating multigenerational workforces, leveraging AI for personal and professional success, and enhancing productivity through time management and goal setting. The event provided a platform for Latina leaders to network, exchange insights, and inspire one another. The overwhelming turnout reflects the dedication and drive of Latina professionals in the RGV. The RGVHCC remains committed to fostering growth and leadership in the community.
