He picked up a pass from Spaniard Suso, ran into the box and smacked a juggernaut of a shot past Gianluigi Buffon with the outside of his right foot that cannoned in off the crossbar. Sublime. #9 NICOLA SANSONE (VILLAREAL VS REAL SOCIEDAD) Tricky diminutive Italian winger Nicola Sansone scored a stunner against Real Sociedad from almost the half-way line. Picking the ball up just inside his own half he took one touch to settle himself before looking up and spotting the opposition goalkeeper off his line and lobbing him from around 50 yards. Ingenious. #10 DIMITRI PAYET (WEST HAM VS MIDDLESBROUGH) French star Dimitri Payet’s early-season form was still red hot continuing from the previous campaign and a good Euro 2016 showing before his West Ham stay went sour and he pushed for a move back to Marseille in January. One of Payet’s last Hammers highlights was how he controlled a cross-field pass on the left wing, beat one defender, then two, feinted past a third and shimmied past a fourth, left a fifth on his back and then squeezed his shot past the goalkeeper and a couple of last-ditch attempted blocks.
