Allistair is the author of multiple best-selling books including "Champion Minded." He consults and advises on leadership, team culture and mindset. As a consultant, author and keynote speaker, Allistair has extensively traveled the world sharing his insights and experience with some of the top leaders, performers, teams, and organizations. For over 25 years, Allistair has consulted and worked with amongst others, Olympic Gold Medalists, Grand Slam Champions, Fortune 500 companies, NCAA Colleges, and Professional sports teams.

The best coaches are the best leaders. Over the past 2 years, Covid has provided us with many obstacles and challenges to contest with over. We have had to quickly adapt. In the words of Allistair, “Since Covid, the world has changed. The workplace has changed. Mindsets have changed. That’s why leadership has had to change”. He believes that now more than ever, we need to adapt to what the present climate requires and more importantly needs.

In this presentation, Allistair will share with us some of the latest research on why modern leadership is needed more now than ever. Even during these challenging and difficult times, there are so many positive lessons and learnings we can take moving forwards. Allistair will also share some lessons from his new book, "Lead With Purpose, Make an Impact", as well as learnings taken from USPTA CEO, John Embree.
