Subject | English Extension 1
Description
Year 11 English Extension 1 is designed for students undertaking English Advanced who choose to study at a more intensive level in diverse but specific areas. They enjoy engaging with complex levels of conceptualisation in the study of the module: Texts, Culture and Value and seek the opportunity to work in increasingly independent ways. Through engaging with progressively complex concepts through a broad range of literature, from a range of contexts, students refine their understanding and appreciation of the cultural roles and the significance of texts.
