Underarm SweatTraps the 3D-bionicSphere® sweat deposit system operates very effectively in the armpit area. The human body has up to 3 million sweat glands, with the armpits crowding in 300 of them per square centimetre. we all know what happens to cyclists‘ armpits when they are exerting themselves. No sooner has a cyclist begun to warm up, than the sweat begins to flow, but even before the drops form, the excess sweat is sucked into the Outer airTraps™, ready for transfer to the evaporation Surface expander™ surface.
3D-BionicSphere®-System in the chest area physiological studies have shown that the chest is one of the key areas to benefit from quick and efficient temperature conditioning. The fresh-air ventilation action of the 3D-bionicSphere®-System cools the core temperature of the chest while preventing the body from feeling cold. using a system similar to that of a canal lock, air within the special channels is kept temperate. SkiNNODOr® wiTH NaNO-TeCHNOlOgy is a clima-active nano-filament which contains an inorganic bacteriostatic agent. The ions inside the fiber inhibit the reproduction of micro-organisms.
3D-BionicSphere®-System at the back leaves residual moisture on the skin that the body does not interpret as wetness. we have no sensors for sweat. we can only perceive sweat mechanically, once drops form and begin to trickle, at which point we register «wetness». SweatTraps™ absorb this wetness before it is felt, drawing it away to beevaporated and disposing of it through thermal dynamics. Only a moisture film remains on the skin, one that serves to cool. because: No sweat film, no cooling.
Heatpipe-Construction The heat-pipe construction forms its own cooling microcosm. Sweat rises through the tiny tubes, is warmed on the heated exterior and evaporates. evaporation creates a cooling effect. Some of the moisture condenses during the cooling process and falls back onto the skin at a lower temperature. air circulation draws excess sweat to the surface, transforming it into a cooling agent. ClimaSphere-System the ClimaSphere System in the back of the equilibrate™ jacket ensures effective ventilation, so that moisture can easily be dissipated. at the same time, a layer of air between the ribbed structure works as an isolator.
3D-BionicSphere®-System the 3D-bionicSphere®-System has been worked into the chest area and operates there as a fresh air valve for the bodyaur system. This is what we call the equilibrating air circulation zones inside the X-biONiC® equilibrate™ Jacket. The extreme vapour permeability of 3D-bionicSphere® applications ensure permanent dehumidification between clothing layers.
