Helping the lost tribes of Israel return to Israel A MISSIONARY MIRACULOUSLY discovered a tribe deep in the jungle of northeastern India. The tribe kept the Sabbath, ate unleavened bread, spoke of Moses, and said their tribe ancestor was named Joseph! Incredible but true. 10 of Israel’s 12 tribes were exiled in 722 A.D. by the Assyrian king. Unlike the Babylonian Captivity, where the tribes of Judah and Benjamin were exiled, these 10 tribes never returned – until today! The Bible says that God will return them from all four corners of the earth. The Indian tribe says they are from the tribe of Manasseh, and now, 2700 years later, we are helping them home to Israel. Since 1996 we have helped over 20,000 Jews home to Israel.

Preaching where no one has preached before IN AN INACCESSIBLE VALLEY nestled between two big rivers on the border between Sudan and Ethiopia, this African tribe lived in total isolation. They had never heard about Jesus. The tribe is big, and here Tommy is reaching one of the tribe groups with Jesus. They listened carefully and were amazed that God had become a human being. They all received Jesus. Telling every tribe in the world about Jesus is within reach – if each of us does our part. Your help is crucial. Baptizing where no one has baptized before IN A VALLEY OF THE HIMALAYAS. The harvest from last year’s crusade. After the baptismal service, our newly appointed pastor was arrested. Today we are baptizing in the Himalayas, in hinduistic India, in the dictatorships of southeast Asia, and among the rainforest tribes of Africa. WE ARE PROVIDING pods, a kind of digital audio device that is powered by solar cells. It contains the spoken version of the New Testament and some recorded teaching from Tommy. We are handing them out in different languages to the unreached people in the rainforests of Madagascar. It is charged by solar energy, and only contains the Bible and biblical teaching.

THEY ARE ATTENTIVE, they cry, laugh, sing, receive Jesus, get set free, get baptized in the Holy Spirit. It is incredibly moving to see children from the slums weeping, their tears mixing with the dust on their faces, as they call out to their only source of help, Jesus.
Can you afford to say no to a child? THE GIRL THAT TOMMY is holding had never walked before – but Jesus healed her. We don’t know why Jesus doesn’t heal everyone, but each child who gets healed at Tommy’s crusades is worth it all. In Africa the children come by the thousands. They are the first ones to arrive and the last ones to leave. OUR CHILDREN’S CENTERS are so important. In Israel we are taking care of children who have been victims of incest. In Ethiopia many of our children have HIV, but now receive medicine. In Nepal some of our children were sold as sex slaves before they came to us.

This little girl’s status is the lowest of the lowest – she is a rat catcher! SOME CHILDREN DIE from polluted water, most are just constantly sick. There is clean water right under them, but someone has to drill down to it and install a pump. That’s what we are doing. Every pump that we install is saving lives, and our goal is to install a pump for every unreached village we visit in northern India and Nepal.
GOD GAVE THEM TO US! There are so many of them, spread out over northern India and Nepal. Their status is the lowest of the lowest. They are called “the rat catcher people” because they are forced to eat rats. Their children die from polluted water and they are held as slaves by high-caste Hindus. They suffer so much. They also believe that all this is because of their “bad karma.” They are captives to the lies of Hinduism. The first time Tommy preached in a rat catcher village, the snake demons danced and threw themselves at his feet. It was total chaos until Jesus broke in, and here the rat catcher people got to hear about Jesus for the first time. Jesus has begun his work among the tribe that is the lowest of the lowest.
DORETTI WAS A STREET KID who came to Tommy’s crusade at the age of 12. She was dirty, homeless, skinny and hopeless. She shared food with the dogs. She stood at the front, tears running down her face when she heard about Jesus, and she called out to Jesus for help. We rescued her into a different life. Today Doretti is on her way to becoming a young woman. She had never eaten ice cream before when Tommy treated her to one. She couldn’t believe her eyes! Her journey is representative of what we are doing through Tommy Lilja Ministries. She went from sharing food with the dogs to getting saved and baptized, with a bright future ahead of her!
FOLLOW JESUS TOGETHER WITH US. We are reaching 1 million people live every year, training over 5000 leaders, preaching where no one has preached and baptizing where no one has baptized. We are helping 1000 Jews home per year. We are part of the revival in Israel. We have Bible schools and we support pastors and new churches in unreached areas. We are helping kids who have HIV, and we are rescuing kids from human trafficking and incest. All of this is for real, and when you follow Jesus along with us, you become a part of this reality.
