Snelling Business Systems formalise four-year ‘Sole Supplier’ appointment and Managed Services Contract with University of East Anglia (UEA). Norwich, July 18, 2016 – Following a working relationship spanning twelve years, the University of East Anglia have formally awarded the sole supplier status to Snelling Business Systems. The agreement will cover all future campus-wide projects including systems design, installation and maintenance. The appointment was finalised and awarded on the basis of capability, service quality, engineering prowess and low carbon expertise proven through numerous projects we have delivered with consistency since 2004, including the award winning Britain’s Greenest Building- The Enterprise Centre and The Julian Study Centre (AV Awards Winner, Green or environmental project of the year 2014).

Snelling Support+ Managed Services University of East Anglia have commenced the Snelling Support+ Plan, which includes on site response within 4 hours, unlimited call outs per annum, unlimited telephone and email support, preventative maintenance, access to loan equipment, service account management along with periodic reporting and trend analysis. UEA can contact Snelling engineers for one-to-one support by email or telephone, and the service desk will mobilise support engineers. Our service and operations experts can replicate, analyse and resolve problems, drawing on a wealth of experience and technology to ensure the most efficient resolution and tracking of all incidents. Remote Monitoring and Resource Management As part of the Managed Services contract, UEA will be covered by our real-time remote asset monitoring and management service. The Support+ Service Desk will actively monitor all systems remotely to find, report and mobilise service engineers to diagnose and resolve identified issues. This arrangement will allow UEA technical staff to concentrate on the more important aspects of their roles while we attend to the business as usual of AV Systems operation, management and maintenance.
