NOTICE OF INTENT TO APPOINT TRUSTEES FOR WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on Monday, July 15, 2019, the Wayne County Commission will appoint (or re-appoint) three trustees to the governing board of the Wayne County Water Conservancy District. The trustees will be sworn in on or after July 15, 2019, for a three year term, and will represent the divisions of Torrey, Teasdale, and Loa.
