Remarks 1962 CLAY MCCORD ’62 released a CD album entitled Return of the Ballad in May 2013. The CD features 16 original songs ranging from soft rock to semiclassical, and containing vocals and music that have been professionally recorded by Clay. Clay and his wife Lisa live in Klamath Falls, Oregon, where he practices medicine.

1965

J.C. Snead ’68, Bart Wade ’68, Louis Ebner ’68, Rick Arnett ’68, and Jenny Inge (Hockaday ’68) enjoying breakfast in Colorado.

MICHAEL WINSOR ’65 recently joined the Visiting Nurse Association Hospice as an on-call hospice nurse. Michael resides in Dallas, where he is also a registered massage therapist and the owner of Sacred Path Myotherapy.

1966 ERIC NYE ’66 received the Advanced Communicator Bronze award from Toastmasters International, a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of meeting locations. Eric and his wife Erlinda live in Covington, Louisiana.

1967 RICH BARRETT ’67 plans to retire as Vicar of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, a role he has performed for the past eight years. He will continue to work for the United States Army until his projected retirement next year. Rich and his wife Meg live in Copperas Cove, Texas.

CHARLIE NEARBURG ’68 participated in the annual Tour Auto, a five-day vintage Italian car race and rally in France, in April 2013.

1974 ROBERT STOKES ’74 shares that he became a grandfather to Noah Wayne Parker on January 31, 2013, and to Jaxon Jennings on May 14, 2013. Both families report that they are doing well. Robert also shares that he began a new role as a sales trainer at Time Warner. Robert and his wife Susan live in Dallas.

Ranch. Joined by MIKE FRANK ’68, the group also visited CHARLIE NEARBURG’S ’68 Broadacres Ranch in Creede, Colorado, where they enjoyed delicious food and great trout fishing.
