Editorial

A key to success in today’s cross-border business environment is international competence: knowledge of global situations, de velopments, and relationships.

International competence requires the ability to feel comfortable in different contexts, sensitivity to cultural diversity, awareness of competitive advantages, and the ability to lead and deal effectively with uncertainty and continuous change. These are management and leadership skills that a traditional business education cannot adequately provide. Our International Executive Master of Business Administration (IEMBA) program will help you meet the challenges of working in an international business environment. The IEMBA is a practically oriented part-time program that takes two years to complete and has been specifically designed for executives and managers in small, medium-sized, and large companies and high-potential employees with strong leadership skills. The program content places great emphasis on advanced general management skills and employs an approach to leadership training that is strategy-driven and
