Employing ReUse plastics is both a consequence and a statement of our driving values: a deep care for the environment. We are aware of the value of the raw materials we use and the fact that they come from non-renewable sources. The polypropylene that makes up most of our products is perfectly recyclable. Wherever possible, we can employ completely recycled materials to help you build your zero impact range.
For all products manufactured with ReUse plastics we issue an Environmental Declaration in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 10021: 2016 standard. More than 90% of the plastics contained in ReUse products comes from recycled MPS raw material (ground secondary material). The entire production process is tracked and verifiable by the competent agencies that guarantee the correctness of the Environmental Declaration
TWT ReUse range complies with CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria) of the Green Cleaning Procurement legislation (legislative decree 448/01, decree 203/03, Italy state law) which establishes the obligation for Public Administrations to purchase products containing a minimum amount of recycled material. TWT went well beyond that and with ReUse, developed a range that goes above 50% minimum recycled material as established by the CAM, and well over what is sold by the other manufacturers. ReUse means over 90% recycled plastic and over 65% of total recycled material on the total constituting the products
We always apply efficient and profitable solutions from both an economic and an ecological point of view. ReUse recycled plastic reduces the use of raw materials taken from nature, saving energy and water. Furthermore, our highly integrated production chain on a local basis reduces the impact of material handling phases, minimizing emission of harmful gases due to on-road transport.

our Technology Polypropylene Copolymer It’s the material of which are made all the buckets, the surfaces of the Giotto trolley, Duetto body and the one of Prexa. PP copolymer is a thermoplastic elastomer with better mechanical characteristics than the more commonly used Polypropylene monomer. The PP copolymer is more resistant, melts at a higher temperature, moreover possesses high resistance to chemical agents: it retains its strength characteristics in the presence of aqueous solutions containing salts, acids and strong alkalis. We use only nonrecycled PP with great flexibility and strength that provides excellent shock-proof performance at high and low temperatures.
POM Acetal Resin POM is a semi-crystalline copolymer of great mechanical characteristics. It is characterized by a series of properties that place it as an alternative solution to replace some metals such as steel, brass, aluminum in many mechanical components. Null water absorption, great dimensional precision and mechanical stability call for it’s use whenever strenght and thight tolerances are required. With the selection of first choice POM, TWT maximizes hardness, stability and the wear resistance. Gears and jaws Prexa, all coupling systems and levers and moving parts of tools, Plano as well as Flight and mop clamp are made of POM
Composite plastics Our strong expertise and experience in engineering plastics technology applied to cleaning allows us to develop special composite materials when is needed. It is the case with the torque shaft of Prexa loaded with fiberglass which maximize mechanical chemical and wear resistence; Another example is the structure of Plano, for which a particular formulation of ABS that emphasizes the characteristics of lightness, stiffness and impact resistance, was developed.

QualitĂŹy system OUR TECHNOLOGY In addition to excellence in design and engineering, the quality of the materials make the difference in determing product reliability and durability . The main material we use in making the Opera Trolleys is the Polypropylene Copolymer: it is a thermoplastic elastomer with better mechanical characteristics than the more commonly used Polypropylene monomer. It is more resistent, possesses higher resistance to chemical agents, it melts at higher temperatures and has excellent shock-prof performance at high and low temperatures.

Therefore we apply efficient and advantageous solutions, both from an economic and an ecological point of view. The Polypropylene component of most of our products is perfectly recyclable. On request, we work with completely recycled materials to allow you to build your range with a zero environmental impact. Our highly integrated production chain reduces the incidence on environmental pollution by minimizing the emission of harmful gases due to road transport.

TWT SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS Purchase orders placed to TWT Srl are submitted to the ongoing sales terms and conditions, except otherwise agreed between the Parrties in each specified contract. 1.TWT PRODUCTS a. All products manufactured by TWT Srl conform to safety and quality standards and are suitable for their proper use. b. Technical specifictasions, descriptions and pictures related to various products listed herein are purely indicative and TWT Srl reserves the right to amend such informations in the case any change is considered necessary. 2.PRICES a. All prices herein do not include VAT and delivery terms are EX-Works Castelfranco Veneto (TV). b. The prices herein specified are valid until further modified. 3.PURCHASE ORDERS a. All purchase orders are accepted only after approval by TWT Srl. b. Minimum amount per order accepted is € 500,00, VAT not included. c. All quantities in the purchase orders shall refer the standard single packing; quantities ordered shall be multiples of the single packing. d. Each purchase order shall include product code, description and quantities requested. 4.PACKAGING a. Packaging is included in the price list only if products are packed following TWT standards. b. Extra charges are added for customized packaging, on request. For mop wringers packed separately from the trolley, an extra charge of € 0,70 will be added. 5.PAYMENT a. The client undertakes to pay for the goods in accordance with the terms agreed with TWT Srl and indicated in the invoice. b. In case of expired and delayed payments, the interest shall be calculated at the current rate. c. Goods are to be retained of TWT Srl exclusive property until payment made. 6.DELIVERY TIMES a. Delivery times are agreed in the trade agreements. b. Delivery times are not compulsory. A delay in the delivery shall not be cause of any delay in payment and not allow to any request for damages. 7.TRANSPORT a. The withdrawal and transport of goodsare at Client’s expenses. b. The cost of transport is normallyat Client’s expense, unless otherwise agreed between the Parties. 8.NON-COLLECTION OF GOODS a. Non-collection of goods, within a period of thirty days from the date agreed, shall allow the seller to cancel tha contract “ipso iure”. Any payment received in advance shall be withheld by the seller, as penalty, except for the case of an heavier loss. 9.SALES RETURNS a. All returns are subject to prior approval by TWT Srl. b. Once the returns are authorised, the goods shall return free of damage and in their original packaging. Otherwise packaging costs shall be added. c. All transport costs are on the client’s expense. 10.HOW TO USE GOODS a. TWT Srl shall not be liable for any damage caused by or to the products due to improper use, non-compliance with the instructions (where provided), lack or inaccurate maintenance, tampering or alteration of the products. 11.CLAIMS a. Once the goods have been delivered at his premises, the Client shall check and inspect them. Any remarks or comments related to damages or missing items shall be made at the moment of delivery to the carrier and mentioned on the delivery note. b. Any defects or lacks shall be notified in writing to the seller within the times described by the law in force. c. Claims received verbally or on the phone shall not be considered as calid. d. The Client expressly agrees to all the sales terms and conditions herein once he places a purchase order. 15.APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT a. Any dispute or controversy arising from the contract or transaction hereunder shall be submitted to the sole jurisdiction of the Court of Treviso, Italy.
