From the Pacific, To the Atlantic, From the Sierra, To the Valley by the name of death, From the blazing tropics, To the snowcapped mountains, America holds diversity, Along with beauty beyond compare, Although it may hold many beauties, America houses many unresolved topics,

A sound that mirrors fireworks, May feel protection to some, Takes form as grim reaper to others, Fills the graveyards with bones, With no sign of war,

Snowy mountains rapidly evaporating, Only this time not at fault of the springtide, A much more long term summer, This time not by nature, This summer is man-made,

Many murdered, Not as a form of justice, But for a different reason, The color of their skin, Many in America, Yet again split, By the cry for Human Rights,

Issues such as these, Are splitting Americans apart, We must come to a resolution, Before these issues cause war, But this war would be different, It would be Americans, Against their fellow Americans,
