Manuel Beef Strips with Honey & Black Pepper Sauce Ingredients:
Method: Start this recipe by

Lo Mein Noodles with Soy Sauce Ingredients: For the Sauce: -- 1 tbsp Tesco Light
You will also need: -- 1 tsp Sesame oil

-- 2-3 Spring onions, greens and
soy sauce
-- 1 Carrots, cut into julienne
-- 2 tbsp Tesco Dark -- 2 tsp Sesame oil -- ¡1 tsp Sugar
whites chopped separately
-- 1 Red pepper, cut into julienne -- Handful mushrooms, sliced -- 2 tbsp Mirin
-- 150g Uncooked Tesco fine egg noodle
-- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
Method: Start this recipe by heating the 1 tsp sesame
and vegetable oil in a wok or large pan and add in the white
parts of the chopped spring onions. Cook for 1 minute before adding in the carrots and peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes before adding in the mushrooms and cook for another
minute. Meanwhile, cook the fine egg noodles in a pan of hot water. Splash the mirin into the vegetables to deglaze the
pan, followed by the cooked noodles. Mix together the sauce ingredients and add half to the pan with the noodles. Toss around the noodles in the sauce, adding more in to your
liking for a stronger flavour and darker noodles. Serve into bowls with the spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds sprinkled over the top.
