He has now opened his own restaurant on the first floor at Benavista and is serving some of the lightest, tastiest and most refreshingly different food in the area. His speciality is a unique fusion cuisine, creating dishes that are a mix of his personal and professional global experiences. This is five star food at an amazing three star price. I have tried it (and been back for lunch) and it is phenomenally good. We had the Beef Cury Samosas on both visits because they were so delicious; followed by Beef in Black Bean Sauce and, for me, the Five Spice Roasted Beef Tenderloin, with SauteĂŠd Vegetables and Thai curry Sauce. I can seriously recommend both dishes. The Chocolate Babarois sold me with the photograph alone. Wonderful. For any fish and seafood lovers, the menu is full of delicate flavours as well as spicy Thai touches. Chef Aba serves a side (dipping) dish of Wasabi with cream, for example, that is quite literally mind blowing!
