meyer lemon raspberry Tea Cookies with vanilla glaze

Ingredients: 1 cup butter, softened / 1 cup sugar / 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract / 1 tsp lemon extract / 2 tsp baking powder/ 1 egg / zest and juice from 1 Meyer lemon / ½ tsp salt / 3 cups flour, plus more if needed and for rolling out the dough / 1 cup fresh raspberries.
