St. John's recently welcomed Summer Bistro to it's bright and colourful dining culture. The Ryabkov family story started 10 years ago, after their son was diagnosed with a severe digestive disorder. His diagnosis required him to eliminate wheat and dairy from his diet, leaving him with few store bought food opinions. His mother, Joy was determined to make sure her son was able to eat delicious and flavourful meals. So, she put her culinary talents in action, and the rest is history! Joy took her love of cooking, and opened Summer Bistro a eatery that was welcome to everyone and anyone! Offering guest delicious gluten and dairy free meals created with love, care and creativity. @summerbistronl on instagram
