Skyline Summer 2021

Drum roll!! We’re so excited to announce the line-up in the first of two music sessions and our first music collaboration with Mildreds Dairy Promotions.

Starring some of Scotland’s best musicians and song writers the sessions will stream new material in August by Edinburgh’s Mt. Doubt and Glasgow’s Findlay Napier and Daniel Meade. A second line up is to be announced in September.

A long standing supporter of Scottish arts programmes - including Glasgow International, Arts and Business and Skypark Curatorial Fellowship 2019 in partnership with the GSA - Skypark Music Sessions launch in response to the struggle in the music industry due to the pandemic, giving new music exposure and promotional collateral at a time when musicians have been unable to play live.

THE LOWDOWN ON OUR ACTS

Daniel Meade has toured and worked with acts such as The Proclaimers, Ocean Colour Scene, Sturgill Simpson, Old Crow Medicine Show, Diana Jones, Pokey LaFarge, Willie Watson, Dom Flemons and Robbie Fulks, to name a few.

Findlay Napier is one of Scotland's finest singer songwriters. In 2018 he was the first solo act to be nominated for Live Act of the Year at the Scot’s Trad. Music Awards. Described as Michael Marra meets Elvis Costello, a Caledonian Loudon Wainwright III or a Scottish James Taylor, this master storyteller's songs are full of earthy humour, hopeless love and biting satire.
