Welcome Orientation Mentor-Mentee Program OPT Workshop Scholarship Opportunities International Student Association (ISA)
WELCOME ORIENTATION
The ISS orientation consists of two parts: Visa Clearance and The Welcome. Designed especially for students, it will help them get to know us, the campus and all the other international students.
MENTOR-MENTEE PROGRAM
Would you like one or more “experienced students� to assist you personally (mentor) during the first few weeks after your arrival? Come join the Mentor-Mentee Program.
OPT WORKSHOP
Optional Practical Training (OPT) is an employment benefit for F-1 students available for 12 months (and in select cases up to 29 months). In the OPT workshop, students receive guidance on the process.

ISA
The International Student Association (ISA) is an ‘ohana for international students as well as US and local students. ISA focuses on promoting teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Promote global friendship/understanding among students Support new and continuing students in meeting their educational objectives Explore issues and places in Hawai‘i Develop leadership among international students And…have FUN!!!
