The 700-degree Stefano Ferrara oven fired with oak and pecan bakes an 11-inch, Neapolitanstyle pizza in less then two minutes. A-Town uses only scratch-made dough, San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. The Missy is layered with sauce, garlic, cheese and basil and named after the owner‘s daughter. The Real Italian loads up on pesto, mozzarella, pancetta, ricotta and pine nuts. Added garlic is free! The taps are devoted to Dry Dock beers in full pours or three-ounce samplers. For dessert: pizza crust spread with Nutella.
