MAKING SENSE, ATTRACTING SENSES.
Making sense, attracting senses.
Making sense, attracting senses.
Some of the world’s natural wonders can be marked on a map – a great barrier reef or a grand canyon far away – but most are found all around you. Flowers and trees. Bushes and grass. Herbs and hedges. And everything in between. Living beings that have a profound effect on people, both physically and emotionally.
Drawing inspiration from the natural world and its lush greenery, our new autumn collection combines the principles of biophilic design with sound absorbing materials and surfaces, to create pleasant, dynamic, and healthier spaces. A collection of newcomers and old acquaintances that transform any room into a haven of creativity. Make wonders and enjoy being out in nature – indoors.
Much like a real hedge in a lush garden, Hedge by Kauppi & Kauppi, can be used to form decorative and architectural dividers. And just like its dynamic sibling, Allé, Hedge connects people with nature through biophilic design. Whether you use it as a small solitary dot or in a long row, it can create both openness and privacy, while marking zones, passages, and rooms within rooms, and adding aesthetic appeal to any space. Hedge also mimics nature by absorbing and diffusing unwanted sound, making your interior quieter and more peaceful. Thanks to the wheels, the box is mobile and can be easily moved for cleaning. Hedge come in different variants with up to 3 pots for individual planting, trellises, and USB ports. Get more creative, feel better, and create a reality where all sides of the hedge are equally green.
The beauty lies in the simplicity
Claesson Koivisto Rune has put its distinct mark on Alba a neat upholstered or veneered chair that’s characterised by simplicity, lightweight materials, and flexibility. It’s also available as an armchair and a bar stool. No matter how you use it, the organic and harmonious forms create a sense of elegant minimalism. It was designed to be affordable and easy to use in spaces where you need to maximise the number of chairs. Alba`s beauty lies in the simplicity, most noticeable when many people are using it, but also when they’re done using it. A lightweight design makes both cleaning and stacking easy. The unique armrests are made of wood fibre; a combination of pine fibre and PPC. Alba is a beautiful friendship between aesthetics and functionality, a strong character that deals with different needs, rooms, and emotions.
The playful duckling Canard is French for duck. It’s also the name of this neat and charismatic chair, our very own duckling, designed by Lars Hofsjö. The shape is in fact inspired by the remarkable agility and balance of a duck. Like a duck, Canard makes things effortless with its inexhaustible energy and playfulness. It moves quickly and gracefully in its natural habitat. The seat and back are available in ash or laminated versions, and the elegant frame is made of metal. This combination seems to defy gravity, but Canard is both stable and comfortable. In addition, Canard is designed to be stacked and suspended. Our laminated versions are especially easy to keep clean. Canard is ideal for any setting where people meet and where you need to maximise your chairs, but also perfect for the moments when you’re not using it at all. An inspiring being as well as an interesting focal point – by itself and in a flock.
TINNEF
by Charlotte von der LanckenThough Tinnef means rubbish in Yiddish, it’s the opposite of trash. It was designed by Charlotte von der Lancken at CVDLAB as a response to humanity’s excessive use of plastic. The eye-catching series of tabletops – Frosty sprinkles, Meadow green, White marbled, and Black coal – are made of 100% recycled plastic waste like bottles, packages, containers, and appliances, making each table one of a kind. Since Tinnef’s inception, the raw material has changed, and it will continue to do so. Tinnef, just like recycled waste, is a reminder of the fragility of our planet. Regardless of its origin, Tinnef will always be an explosion of mesmerising colours and patterns, transforming your space into a kaleidoscope of visual wonder – a constant metamorphosis, a gorgeous fingerprint, and a conscious footprint.
”The idea for Hedge was born during a spring walk in Pildammsparken in our hometown of Malmö, and the result is a green piece of furniture that brings the cozy park atmosphere into our indoor spaces.”

“It’s the balance, proportions and tiniest of details that can make a difference. Canard has a neatlyproportioned, soft style at the same time as its slightly sturdier frame makes it stable and sassy. It’s a fun chair, quite simply.”

”The word Tinnef comes from Yiddish and means junk, which is also what Albert Einstein called his sailboat. The Tinnef table series by Skandiform transforms plastic waste into tables, offering a way to repurpose materials in the transition to fossil-free plastics.”

Lars Hofsjö is known for his innovative yet timeless furniture, that goes just as well in private homes as in public spaces. Very often his design has thought-through details that either simplifies the production or add an extra unexpected function to the piece. Lars background in both industrialand furniture design and his education at Konstfack and Nyckelviksskolan, is probably the key to why his furniture often has an extra dimension and many possibilities.

We take care to select materials and suppliers that can meet our high standards. Our products are made to stand the test of time from both a quality and design perspective.
We strive to maintain good working relationships throughout our entire value chain in order to create a safe and progressive work environment that minimises injuries and ill health.
